We are a small size general practice law firm of only few lawyers based in the port city of Klaipeda. We advise and represent the individual and corporate clients in all instances of the State courts, pre-trial institutions as well as in arbitration. Each lawyer of our firm has substantial experience in few areas of law and as a firm we handle various ranges of cases from small sums debt recovery, labour, divorce, violation of administrative laws to complex, high value, multiparty litigations, including criminal defense cases.

Our firm is well known in Lithuania as a specialist law firm in Maritime and Shipping, Marine Insurance law. We handled number of marine casualties such as fires on board of the vessels, including fires caused by shiprepair yeards, collisions, groundings, breakage of a large floating dock under tow in the Indian Ocean, damages to port installations, piers, struck of walking bridge in Palanga, struck of an antique bridge in the port of Liepaja etc. We also handled number of ship arrest/release cases, disputes on title in the vessels, personal injury and loss of life cases, advised and legally supported the Clients in shipbuilding, ship sale-purchase, chartering in/out projects, procuring P&I and H&M insurances. We advice some of the local freight forwarders and handle their claims. We also handle CMR disputes.

The partner Vytas Ramanauskas acted as a chairman arbitrator in one of the largest arbitration in Lithuania. The Partner Algirdas Gervaitis has vast experience in court litigation, company formation, shareholding issues, land, property, public procurement laws. The partner Irmantas Balciunas had served last 11 years before joining the firm as a State prosecutor and his past experience is invaluable while handlig criminal defence cases. Associates Jonas Mazonis has been involved on high profile complex cases since joining the firm and can to deal effciently with various legal issues in the team as well as on his own.
